MASTER REPLICAS DARTH VADER ROTS LIMITED EDITION HELMET
This is the Master Replicas Limited Edition ROTS Darth Vader helmet.MR took their master pattern from the original production molds for the helmet so this is as close as it gets to the real deal.I really think this is a very impressive replica piece.I am thrilled to have finally got my hands on one and is without a doubt the centerpiece of my replica collection.A beautiful piece.

SPARE PARTS........
These amazing statues are currently in the office of the Garage where I have work done on my car.I was recently there and noticed these in the office for the first time and was blown away.Apparently they had a guy working for them last year who did these.They are all made from spare parts lying around the work floor of the garage-fuel rods,spark plugs,bits of old metal,fan belts,etc.I just thought they were amazing and persuaded him to let me take pics and post them here.I am hoping to track the guy that made them down and commission him to make me a General Grievous in the same vein.That line from ROTS:
"The fighting will continue until General Grievous is spare parts."
Well hopefully the fighting will stop soon then!
Below are pictures of the Jango Fett statue (around two feet tall) and the Watto statue(about one foot tall).You can clearly see Jango's pistols are spark plugs.Just amazing work:

A simply stunning custom double lightsaber hilt.The detail of the handcrafted paintwork on this piece has to be seen to be believed and the pictures really do not do this justice.There was clearly a lot of painstaking work and love put into the creation of this lightsaber and I could not resist adding it to my replica and custom collection.A saber truly fit for a Dark Lord!Many thanks to Bob Innacombe at Advanced Light Weaponry for the beautiful work on this piece.

I am a huge fan of General Grievous and his Peter Lorre-like levels of dastardly,fiendish evil!This mask is a sculpt of his previous mask worn when he was still a wholly organic being-a Kaleesh warrior general.He was a brutal Kaleesh general by the name of Qymaen Jai Sheelal and was considered a demigod among his people for his legendary exploits during a war on his planet.His body was destroyed during a shuttle crash and Dooku and the trade federation,who he had come to the attention of,instructed the geonosians to ressurect him as the cyborg we know in ROTS.This replica mask is of his Mummuu hunting mask made from the skull of a native animal.This mask is cast in fiberglass and the detailing on the paintwork and bone texture is superb.Many thanks are due to Brian Vavra for his magnificent work on what is a really unusual sculpt and a great piece to own from one of my favourite characters from the saga.
